FAMILY LEARNING

FREE friendly sessions for parents /carers and their children

• Have fun with your children
• Find out about the national curriculum
• Gain confidence in supporting your child
• Help your child succeed at school
• Share fun activities e.g. making puppets and books, playing number games, cooking and singing

We offer a range of courses for parents and children to learn together as well as c ourses for adults on their own called keeping up with the children. Please call 020 8600 9172 for further information.

CRÈCHE

In the following centres we provide creches for children (under five years and over six months) of parents/carers who are attending courses at that centre. You will need to make alternative arrangements if your class includes a visit or exams off-site. In term time all cr�che enquiries should be made by telephone to the cr�che manager from 3.15 to 3.30pm.

CRECHE ENROLMENT
Creche application forms are available from either centre. Complete a separate application form for each centre Creche, and take it to the centre where your course will be held. When you enrol, you will be given an Induction date and time for you and your child to meet the staff, fill out forms and ask questions. Places are limited and are offered on a first come basis. Payment is required in advance half-termly.

CRECHE FEES
The fees quoted are hourly per child and vary depending on the course you are enrolled on.
Full fee (for leisure/non qualification courses)
or funded from an outside source. £7.90
Standard fee (for qualification courses) £3.00
Concessionary fee students £1.05
Concessionary categories are the same as for classes.

Recruitment policy

It is out policy to help students enrol on the course that is right for them. Any entry requirements will be clearly set out in the course information sheet. We will also make it clear where courses are designed to meet the needs of specific groups.

We produce a disability statement each year setting out how we will support disabled people across our service. Please see the student handbook for more information.
