This exciting project, based at the new Bryony centre café, will be staffed and run by the students on this course. They will learn food hygiene, customer service, health and safety, budgeting, money handling and basic food and drink preparation skills. There are two core sessions per week plus an additional four hours per week based in the café. Students will work towards the NCFE Entry Level Certificate in Working Together.
