We now have a new cookery facility at Macbeth Centre which includes a fully accessible area for students with disabilities. This has enabled us to increase our food studies provision and we will be offering a wider range of courses to suit all tastes and levels of experience. Classes are taught by experienced professionals.

The first lesson will start with a demonstration. Tutors will provide a selection of recipes each week and advise on the ingredients required.

Costs for ingredients are not included in the course fees.

For students entitled to concessions, on courses marked £R, there is no charge for tuition, just a single registration fee of £18. This is only paid once each academic year, however many courses you enrol on, although you may still have to pay for materials. All certificated courses have an exam fee which has been included in the course fees.
